Our Founders
Alexander Martinez
Alexander is from Westminster California and is the founder of Intermingle. He is a current senior at California State University Fullerton, with a major in Computer Science. Throughout his academic journey, Alexander has become experienced in software engineering, data analysis, and web development.
During his time in Community College, he noticed a gap between students and opportunities in the professional world. He realized that many students were struggling and are still struggling to find internships and career opportunities early on. Because of this Intermingle was born.
Brandon Amezcua
Brandon Amezcua, also from Westminster, CA, is the Co-Founder of Intermingle and a Software Engineer. He graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Computer Science. His parents, who immigrated to the U.S., taught him the importance of perseverance and ambition.
During his college years, Brandon realized that many students faced challenges in finding internships and opportunities that aligned with their skills and career goals. With his technical expertise and vision, Brandon joined Alexander to create Intermingle, a platform designed to bridge the gap between students and companies. Today, Brandon continues to develop cutting-edge solutions that simplify the recruitment process for companies while empowering students to achieve their full potential.
Yazan Khawaldeh
Yazan Khawaldeh, from Tustin, CA, is a Software Engineer at Intermingle and a junior at California State University Fullerton, where he’s studying Computer Science. Yazan’s family emigrated to the U.S. in search of better opportunities, and he has made it his mission to honor their sacrifices by working hard to achieve his dreams. Yazan knows firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the complex landscape of higher education, internships, and career-building.
Yazan’s technical skills and passion for helping students led him to join Intermingle, where he works to ensure that the platform provides a seamless experience for both students and companies. He believes in the power of technology to break down barriers and make it easier for students from all backgrounds to succeed in their careers. Yazan’s goal is to continue developing innovative software solutions that help students find internships and companies find qualified candidates.
Zeeshan Malik
Zeeshan Malik, from Garden Grove, CA, is a Senior at Western Governors University, studying Computer Science, and a Software Engineer at Intermingle. Zeeshan’s journey is one of perseverance. His family immigrated to the U.S. with little, but they always encouraged him to dream big and pursue his passion for technology. Through hard work and dedication, Zeeshan has honed his skills as a software engineer and now works on building systems that improve the user experience on the Intermingle platform.
Zeeshan’s passion for technology is matched only by his desire to give back. At Intermingle, he’s focused on developing tools that not only streamline the hiring process for companies but also ensure that students are connected with opportunities that will shape their future careers. He believes that by using technology for good, we can help level the playing field for students from all walks of life.
